Dr Dayal is experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of the full spectrum of vascular disorders and brings to the division additional expertise in minimally invasive interventions for vascular disease including endograft repair of aortic aneurysms and carotid artery stenting.

Dr Dayal received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1994. He completed residency training in General Surgery as well as his fellowship training in Vascular Surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Prior to joining the Division of Vascular Surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Dr Dayal was an attending vascular surgeon at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York.

Dr Dayal has co-authored over 20 manuscripts that have been published in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Vascular Surgery and Vascular and Endovascular Surgery. Dr Dayal has also authored several vascular surgery textbook chapters and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).
